mouse wheel scrolling out of control
One thing diff is that when I use my mouse scroll wheel, it is not real time accurate, it is a delayed reaction. When I scroll, it is slow and not reactive. Went to control panel, mouse; nothing there. Any help would be great. oh yeah, one last thing, the overall font and general size of everything is small.
